  There's a lot I want to say about this Maddox guy but I'll just keep that to my self
  
  But I can tell you that he is the single rudest most disrespectful human being I have ever had the displeasure of talking to
  
  My advice call another funeral home
  
  I didn't call you , the police called you then to sit there and tell me you wish you would have known before you carried my father down the stirs are you out of your mind I'm in the process of trying to grieve and you sit there and belittle me for telling you I don't have the money for the cost of services and I need to have him moved to another funeral home that's more my budget and yet I still paid your 665 dollar pickup fee and then tell me that your employee needs back surgery I ASKED YOU OVER AND OVER THAT NIGHT IF I COULD HELP CARRY MY DAD DOWN THE STAIRS BUT YU SAID YOU HAD IT UNDER CONTROL
  
  So my advice please call someone else unless you want to hurt even more

  My brother has been buried here for over 6 years. I've never had a bad experience with the staff here. They were always very nice and respectful. My brothers grave always looks nice when I go visit.

  Myself and my family cannot express how pleased we were with Mickey during this difficult time. He was so helpful to us to explain everything simply and clearly. Never having done this before we had no clue what to do first. He walked us through everything and made it as easy as it could be. When it came time to set up for the service he was also very helpful in supplying all the necessary items we needed for flowers and such. Anything we needed he was there for us.
